This is mostly found in adults but sometimes it is also found in teens or even children.
The most common type of arthritis is Osteoarthritis, which is a continuous degenerative Arthritis die to age, and another contributing factor is genetics, weight, overuse, and injury.

Types of arthritis and their cause
There can be 100 types. Some common types and their causes are:
- Osteoarthritis-In this case, the cartilage loses its elasticity.
- Rheumatoid arthritis– This arthritis is inflammatory in form. In this, the synovial membrane is attacked. This results in swelling and pain.
- Infectious arthritis – This arthritis is due to infection in the synovial fluid and tissues of a joint. This is mainly caused by bacteria, but sometimes it can be due to fungi or viruses.
- Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) – This affects a person aged 16 or less. Different forms of arthritis are termed as JRA which implies that a child has it.
